Emergency Provision

 RE: KEY WORKER ELIGIBILITY
The government guidance indicates that every child who can be safely cared for at home should be and this, where possible, applies to children of key workers. However, we will be open from tomorrow for children of Keyworkers who have no alternative childcare available (ie: if one parent is at home then the expectation is that the child can be kept safe at home and access remote learning from there). We aim to open each day at 9.00am until 3.00pm (Please note that this does not include any provision for 2 year olds at present). In order to prepare for this, it is essential that everyone who is a keyworker registers as soon as possible to ensure that we can provide adequate places. The categories now eligible as Keyworkers are belowTo request a place for your child/ren please send the following information to : keyworkerprovision@martinwilson.shropshire.sch.uk Your Name Child/rens names & classes Critical Worker Category (see attached list), eg: Education Critical worker role, eg: Teacher Employer name and contact number (Should verification be required) How many days a week you will require the provision (Full days only) Once verified we will contact you to confirm availability of a place, please do not bring your child/ren to school unless you have had a confirmation e-mail first.
